(New Zealand-Style IPA, 6.8%, 16oz) Welcome Rock is a single IPA inspired by the pristine landscapes surrounding our friends at Garston Hop Farm. Pouring a sunny yellow color with peaks of sticky white foam, Motueka in all its single-hop glory bursts from the glass. Notes of lemon jam, limeade, and plump blueberries float above its soft profile, fading into a dry, subtly herbal finish. The passion of these farmers and the surreal terroir they cultivate has made a lasting impression on how we view our craft. We hope this beer is a window into the world of New Zealand’s unique agriculture.

***I provide white glove service from the time the cans leave the brewery, up to the time that they are dropped off for you. Cans are stored in a walk-in fridge (restaurant style) that is kept at 41.6 degrees. Every cans are individually wrapped in bubblewrap (or I use Whalepods depending on the size of the order).
