(IPA, 7%, 16oz) Yellow Lady Slipper is a Tree House-style IPA brewed with our Juice Project process, in which we save the bulk of the aggressive hop-dosing for the cold side of the brewing process.

This lends a soft bitterness and intense hop saturation. Featuring concentrated Strata pellets and a complementary dose of Elk Mountain Amarillo and PNW Citra, Yellow Lady Slipper is overflowing with hop goodness without an overly aggressive finish.
