This version of Florence, our Belgian-inspred Farmstead® ale, was aged for many months in our puncheons&mdashnot quite Florence, not quite Flora, but magical all the same. Unfiltered and naturally carbonated.
We aged this version of our wheat Farmstead® ale for more than a year in our 500-liter puncheons&mdashnot quite Florence, not quite Flora, but magical all the same. This has been bottling conditioning since November 2020 and will continue to develop in the coming years.
