We present to you his novel exercise: a duality of our hop-informed beers and Farmstead ales, aged in wine barrels and dry-hopped with Simcoe--a nod to our Dharma Bum Simcoe IPA and a wink to our mixed fermentation program.
In the spirit of Jack Kerouac (and the journal of the same name that was intended as a gift, of sorts, to Allen Ginsberg), we pursue the language of practice, both in voice and deed, which urges us towards examination, growth, and (with hope) insight.
