The Double IPA you are holding right now is our newest riff on our breakfast-themed beers: Wafflepeary Brewed with grade-A maple syrup, a deliciously chewy malt bill, and pear purée, this beer is fit for a classic diner. Pouring a cloudy orange, Citra hops creates base notes of fresh-squeezed OJ and bright grapefruit. Floating over these juicy notes, a novel blend of American hops brings aromas of stone fruit, poached pear, and mellow floral teas. Sweet maple and fresh pear collide and encapsulate the spirit of a rich and fulfilling carbohydrate-heavy breakfast, replete with fresh compote on top! Enjoy!
