Brewed in celebration of our Third Anniversary, Dialed-In is a juicy Double IPA intensively dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Galaxy. Pouring a vibrant, hazy yellow gold, aromas of fresh squeezed Meyer lemon, ripe papaya, lime zest and pineapple swirl around the nose. To enhance depth and complexity of the uniquely fruity white grape flavors provided by Nelson, we introduce Sauvignon Blanc grape juice mid-fermentation. The potent addition of Galaxy hops provide enhanced notes of bright grapefruit, mango, white peach, and pineapple. Soft and creamy with a reserved bitterness, Dialed-In Sauvignon Blanc has a medium-full body with a crisp, dry finish, perfect for celebrating.
