Their mark upon the landscape is stark; clouds seem to crash against them like a wave and roil over the peaks before spilling down their glittering slopes. This range acts as a siren song to the adventurous spirit, rewarding them with the improbable cerulean waters of Lake Alta hidden within the pleats of its rugged terrain. The snows that feed its pristine mountain lakes and the land below seem to always change their color, mirroring the sky’s many faces. The Remarkables is a New Zealand IPA that pours a sunny yellow color with mountains of foam atop the glass. Hand-selected Motueka and Rakau lend notes of stone fruit, ripe cantaloupe, and lime zest. Cascade then adds juicy notes of passionfruit, candied lemon peel, and undertones of herbal spice. This beer is dedicated to the trails at your back and the peaks you have yet to summit. Enjoy!
