Description and ProfileStyle: Traditional 100% Lambic 100% Lambic gueuze made from a blend of one, two, and three-year-old lambics. ABV: 5.0% to 5.5%.
Appearance: Hazy golden-orange color with a lively white head.
Aroma: Notes of barnyard funk, earthy yeast, old wood, lemon, and green apple.
Taste: Complex, dry, and tart with sharp acidity, citrus, oak, and a crisp, mouth-puckering finish.
