The eye follows the grain and the density, bends itself around the flaws, and coaxes an intricate pose from the still exterior. Overnight, tired fingers carve out the idea. As the sun rises, fields are threshed, earth is tilled, boards are cut, and barns are raised. All that surrounds us awaits a steady hand to will some magic out of the seemingly ordinary. Luthier is a Belgian Saison crafted with history in mind, a beer made for those that wring all they can from the day's work. Pouring a straw yellow, Belgian malts and a classic yeast strain fill the air with notes of bread crust, clove, and hints of black pepper. Saaz and Hallertau Blanc hops bring forth notes of white grape and noble spice. We hope you enjoy this style as its early makers intended, as a refreshing pause amidst the tasks at hand.

Cans are stored in a walk-in fridge (restaurant style) that is kept at 41.6 degrees. Every cans are individually wrapped in bubblewrap (or I use Whalepods depending on the size of the order).
