(Sour IPA, 7%, 16oz) We’ve been brainstorming, working on something a little crazy, a secret kept far from prying eyes. We have stacks upon stacks of fruits and hops and sweets and syrups, but we felt something was missing. With a simple twist of fate, we’ve taken some of our favorite flavors and flipped them on their heads. BEHOLD, Pucker! Pucker is a series of Sour IPAs that utilize a variety of fruit-forward hops and inventive ingredients. For our first release, we used some of our favorite Citra lots and a novel sour yeast strain, creating notes of sour mango candies, tart orange juice, and tangy lemon curd. We then conditioned this beer on heaps of freshly scoured vanilla beans and peach purée, lending notes of jammy peach cobbler topped with creamy vanilla ice cream. Embrace the sour side.

***I provide white glove service from the time the cans leave the brewery, up to the time that they are dropped off for you. Cans are stored in a walk-in fridge (restaurant style) that is kept at 41.6 degrees. Every cans are individually wrapped in bubblewrap (or I use Whalepods depending on the size of the order).
