Equilibrium Barrel Aged Collaboration Set
The next lot of my collection that I am selling is a set of Equilibrium BA pastry stout collectibles. All of the Equilibrium bottles were purchased by myself, direct from the brewery, on one of Equillibrium’s release days. Three bottles were their own special release. Each bottle has been properly stored since the purchase date. If you enjoy adjunct stouts, these bottles are for you. They are liquid candy.
The starting price of this bottle set is UNDER the cost paid at the brewery. ($155.70 total with tax)
Please take a look at my other lots which are also close to cost on their starting bid price, and message with any questions!

Brewery descriptions:
Barrel Aged Life After Death Star Batch 5 (Collaboration with J Wakefield Brewing):
Aged in Willett and Buffalo Trace barrels for 26 months with shredded raw coconut, marshmallow, Madagascar vanilla, Mostra Ghost Bear espresso blend coffee, and a touch of lactose.
Flavors of brownie batter, spiked marshmallow fluff, vanilla coconut caramel swirl, and balanced coffee are well integrated throughout each sip with a smooth and luxurious caramel candy finish, a pop of chocolate, and a welcomed oaky complexity.
Barrel Aged Campfire Strikes Back Grand Royale (Collaboration with J Wakefield Brewing):
Inspired by Mostra’s Campfire Latte, the Grand Royale edition adds extended barrel time of 28 months from a singular Willett barrel and wild Thai banana along with Mostra Ghost Bear Coffee, Graham Cracker, Marshmallow, Honey, Cacao, and Madagascar Vanilla for what may be one of the most decadent banana custard-infused latte creations the earth has seen.
Deep fudge on the nose, nuanced flavors of Graham cracker banana bread pudding, coffee frappe, toasted marshmallow latte, and baklava honey pastry dance around with notes of toasted coco dusted oak, permeating each decadent sip before a custard-like finish that coats both the glass and palate, making this a grand treat indeed.
Barrel Aged Alfajores (Collaboration with Aslin Brewing):
Just over 16 months ago, we took the base from the first Alfajores batch with Aslin Beer Company and aged it in a coconut rum barrel. During a recent sensory tasting, we determined it was ready for the Alfajores adjunct schedule of Honey, Hazelnuts, Almonds, Coconut, & Madagascar Vanilla.
Barrel Aged Alfjores is a treat. Viscous and pitch black in color, we get harmonious flavors of velvety fudge, coconut macaroons, nougat honey Twix bars, and a bunch of earthy crushed nuts. The coconut rum barrel works well with the adjuncts lending velvety flavors of molasses and honey cream throughout each sip and the weighted mouthfeel may have you thinking you’re drinking a rum mudslide instead our latest BA stout.
Double Barrel Aged Fall From Grace Grand Royale (Collaboration with Civil Society Brewing):
This barrel lover’s dream was aged in two different barrels for a total of 28 months, first in Heaven Hill barrels and then Weller barrels before adding banana, peanut, and marshmallow.
Barrel-forward and decadent dessert flavors waft up from the pour before chocolate oak, extra peanut butter, and lovely rich banana fluff morph into one another with splashes of integrated bourbon, toasted marshmallow vanilla char, banana mudslide, and even more bourbon. Barrel lovers are going to love this one, as it’s a mix of some of the best attributes a barrel can offer with one of our favorite adjunct combos out there.
