(Maibock, 6.4%, 16oz) Steinbock is a traditional German-style Maibock, lighter in color and body than kindred bocks and crafted for supreme drinkability. Underneath its sticky cap of white foam, heirloom malt varieties bring complex notes of biscuit and malty caramel that fade into a sweetness. Complementing its rustic grain bill, Hallertau and Saphir hops carry subtle notes of herbal spice and mild florality. Prost!

Cans are stored in a walk-in fridge (restaurant style) that is kept at 41.6 degrees. Every cans are individually wrapped in bubblewrap (or I use Whalepods depending on the size of the order).
