Bramble possesses some of the most concentrated and delicious flavors in the world of fruit. Blackberries, black raspberries, heritage red raspberries and boysenberries create a composite of harmony, poise and mouth-watering proportionality. Densely fruity, dark and wonderfully balanced – an expression of quality from branch to bottle.

A blend of two double barrel-aged stouts. First aged for 12 months in a Buffalo Trace Mash #1 barrel, then transferred to 9yr Willett Family Estate barrels for an additional 18 months. The beer was conditioned on four different types of vanilla - Indonesian, Madagascar, Tahitian, and Mexican. We added 2lbs directly to barrels for 3 months before conditioning it on an additional 4lbs in the brite.

Samsara is a Sanskrit word that means “wandering” as well as “world.” The term connotes “cyclic change” or, less formally, “running around in circles.” Samsara is often referred to as reincarnation, karmic cycle, Punarjanman, or “cycle of aimless drifting, wandering or mundane existence.” When related to the theory of karma, it is the cycle of death and rebirth. Stout aged in Maker’s Mark barrels for a year, then finished on banana, vanilla, and graham cracker. Made in collaboration with Mortalis Brewing.

Aged for 11 months and 16 days in Willett Bourbon Barrels, made with bananas, vanilla and graham cracke

This creation was aged in two different tawny port puncheons and then blended together, one for 6 months 8 days and one for 14 months 17 days.

Barleywine aged for 20 months & 28 days in Willett Bourbon barrels

Aged for 12 months and 29 days in a Red Wine finished Bardstown Bourbon barrels

A blend of Bourbons and Rye Whiskeys aged in Amburana and finished in a Honey Cask.
